Product specifications are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for manufacturer updates or changes to product specifications after the time of purchase.

All prices displayed on the Website are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged at the time of purchase will be the price in effect at that time.

By placing an Order, you are making an offer to purchase the Products in your shopping cart. All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Errors in product description or pricing;
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity; or

6.2 Order Confirmation

After you place an Order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment that we have received your Order and does not constitute acceptance of your Order. Acceptance occurs when we ship the Products or confirm that the Products are ready for pickup.

6.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express);
  • Bank transfer;
  • PayPal;
  • iDEAL (for Netherlands customers); and
  • Other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
All payments must be received in full before Products are shipped or released.

6.5 Pre-Orders and Backorders

For Products that are available for pre-order or backorder, estimated availability dates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in availability.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options depending on your location and the Products ordered. Shipping methods, carriers, and costs will be displayed at checkout.

7.2 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

7.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.

7.4 International Shipping

For international Orders, you are responsible for:
  • Complying with all applicable import laws, regulations, and customs requirements;
  • Paying all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges; and
  • Providing accurate and complete shipping and customs documentation.

7.5 Delivery Inspection

You must inspect all Products upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours. Failure to do so may affect your ability to claim for damaged goods.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

8.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the Products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at contact@regalboatsmarinebv.nl before the withdrawal period expires.

8.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the Products must be:
  • In their original, unused, and undamaged condition;
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included;
  • Free from installation, modification, or signs of use; and
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
The following Products are not eligible for return:
  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified;
  • Special order or custom-built Products;
  • Products with missing or damaged original packaging; and
  • Products returned after the applicable return period.

8.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@regalboatsmarinebv.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number, if applicable.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product.

8.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned Products, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8.5 Cancellations

You may cancel your Order before it has been shipped by contacting us. If the Order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process outlined above.

9. Warranties

9.1 Manufacturer Warranties

All Products sold on our Website are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not by Regal Boats Marine BV. Warranty terms, conditions, coverage periods, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and Product.
We are an authorized dealer for certain brands; however, we do not provide any warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation for specific details.

9.2 Warranty Claims

For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly or contact us for assistance in directing your claim to the appropriate party. We are happy to facilitate communication but are not responsible for the manufacturer’s warranty decisions.

9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REGAL BOATS MARINE BV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REGAL BOATS MARINE BV, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Website;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website;
  • Any content obtained from the Website;
  • Any Products purchased or obtained through the Website; or
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content,

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of the Netherlands.
